Bowling Tournament to Benefit
Hospice of Helping Hands is
Planned
This New Years Eve, December
31st, Rose City is holding a
"Hospice of Helping Hands’
Bowling Tournament Fundraiser.”
The tournament will be open for
any participants at the BadLands
Entertainment Complex on
Thursday from 4PM until 9:30PM.
Call (989-685-3950) for a lane
or just come in. BadLands will
donate half of all bowling lane
proceeds, plus $0.50 for each
beverage purchased to Hospice of
Helping Hands. There is a $25
tournament entry fee which
includes all lane fees. The
tournament format is best
three-game series. The top (3)
winning bowlers receive half of
the total prize money with the
other half going to support
Hospice of Helping Hands. USBC
handicaps and payout formats
will apply.
For those who don’t like to
bowl, there are other ways to
contribute to this event.
Friends and neighbors are
encouraged to donate “pennies
per pin” towards a participating
bowler’s best game score. Forms
are available at the BadLands
Entertainment Complex or online
at
www.hospiceofhelpinghands.com
or just bring in a donation.
All money raised through this
bowling tournament goes to
support Hospice of Helping
Hands’ patients and families
without insurance or with extra
needs. Hospice of Helping Hands
is a non-profit organization
affiliated with the John Tolfree
Memorial Health System. Serving
Arenac, Gladwin, Iosco, Ogemaw,
